BINGO EVENT DESIGN
In order to keep the game fresh and exciting, at myVegas we believed in a robust and constant live-operation campaign schedule. This included creating new mini-games or other interactive elements that are only available in game for a limited time. The Bingo campaign was my first major project at PlayStudios, and it has continued to be used years later.
ADVENTURE QUEST DESIGN
After the Bingo Event, a new type of campaign was needed to add into the rotation of events. The next major campaign that I was responsible for was the Adventure Quest, where the user completes challenges while traveling along a map. This, also, continues to be a regularly occurring campaign in the myVegas event rotation, and was critical to increasing revenue while this event was running.
MEGA LUCKY SCRATCHER
Unlike myVegas, in myKonami the player earns a special currency that allows them to play different mini-games to earn additional coins. The "Mega Lucky Scratcher' was a design that used a 3x3 scratch card to determine what prize the user is given. I designed the UX flow as well as the math models that dictate the prize distribution of the game itself. This math could be tuned to make sure the appropriate players always got an appropriate amount of awards.
